Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Credit Order from History does not retrieve sales cat code 3. Is there a fixing (SAR)?

I am running Enterprise One 9.2, tools release 9.2.5.6.

When I create a credit order from history, it generates the credit order but does not retrieve the sales cat code 3 from the original order.

However, it happens only if I select line instead of order.

I could verify it does not happen with most recent version, so I am assuming there is SAR to fix that, but I couldn't find it.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
