North Carolina State Income Taxes are not being withheld properly. What are we missing?
Our employees in NC are experiencing a shortage of what would be withheld for their state income tax. The override regular amount on the calculation card did not update onto the employee's resident state income tax on the SOE. Is there a process that would need to be ran or an alternate solution?
We are finding that it is withholding 3.3% and we would need to be 4.25.
