Is Standard Cost change entry trigger to GL& AR

During Sales update execution of one order, I have some Standard cost changes lines in Cardex but same cost changes entries not available in GL & AR.

hence its being appearing in GL & CARDEX integrity report.

Normally GL & AR has Prize entries and not cost entries. And this standard cost change entry will trigger when transaction cost <> Actual cost(P4105).

So is it standard process ? what would be justification for it .
