Newly Created OU Missing in MO: Security Profile

Hello,
I have created new organization by following the below steps:

• Name: New Organization Name
• Name: Added location

And added
• Inventory Organization
• Operating Unit:

The issue I am facing is
I am not able to select newly created OU while setting MO: Security Profile. OU is missing from the LOV, am I missing any steps?
