OpenSearch Dashboards Fail With Errors "version 'GLIBC_2.27' not found"

in PeopleSoft Announcements

There is a reported issue for customers installing or upgrading to OpenSearch and OpenSearch Dashboards (OSD) on Linux 7.x and earlier, with the OSK-DPK of JAN 2025 CPU patch.

During the install or upgrade, errors are seen for different versions of GLIBC, e.g. "version 'GLIBC_2.27' not found". The error results from incompatibility between the Node.js delivered with the OSK-DPK and the one that is supported on Linux 7.
