Using AI to solve Siebel crashes

Hi All,

Just wanted to pass this along in case anyone out there is debugging Siebel crashes and is not using AI to help them. One of our customers has recently assigned us several Siebel crashes to work on. We started feeding the crash files (crash____.txt) to AI and have been really impressed with the results.

We would like to feed AI all the debugging artifacts such as log files and FDR files but these contain PHI/PII so we are not allowed to feed these in. What we have been doing instead is as part of giving AI our crash file we explain important points we noticed in these other files and AI is able to make really good use of this information.
