Deliver to person in a Blanket PO

Hi All, Could anyone guide on how is deliver to person name is reflected for a Blanket Purchase Order created through Purchase Requisition. Example- The PR is prepared by XYZ and requestor for the PR is also XYZ. When PO is created for this PR, it is created with deliver to person as XYZ. Please suggest how deliver to person is populated at distribution level of a Blanket Purchase Order.
