Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. We have found a similar issue occurring to what was identified in Oracle DB 19.9 and 19.10.

The above ePatch was offered and seemed to fix issues in 19.9 to 19.11.

Is there a similar patch for Oracle DB 19.5

We are experiencing the "SSL MAC Verification failure" as was identified in the patch
