Inter company Sale- Interface Trip stop ends with warning

I have setup inter company sale between two different legal entities through internal requisition process.

After a requisition raised from OU-2 to OU-1 and OU-1 imported that sales order(Internal order) then OU-1 shipped that goods accordingly.

Now, the sales order line status is closed but the interface trip stop completed with warning.

Here is the Log:
