How to make video played in classic desktop version[V24] when Xstore gets idle

For new-desktop , if we define the video path in videos.properties with the tag defined _videoCFDIdleScreenBackground

We are able to see the video when xstore in idle state.

Do we have a setting to perform same functionality in classic desktop


Then could you please explain on the below setting:
