What happens when we Uncheck Geography and Taxation Validation on HZ_LOCATIONS in TCA?

Hi There!

We are on R12.2.7.

Currently, we have BOTH Geo. Validation and Tax Validation checked in TCA.

Addresses are not Validated thru HZ_LOCATIONS.

There is a request from our Purchasing department, who also use Payables Address Book, to uncheck Validation on COUNTY.

Per Doc., "R12: AP: County Is Required For U.S. Address When Entering Supplier ( Doc ID 1319706.1 )" Validation on COUNTY can be made Not Required.

Trying to find out which applications/functions will be impacted if we UNCHECK COUNTY -Geography Validation (but leave Taxation Validation CHECKED) thru TCA.

Any suggestions are highly appreciated!
