Eperformance. Can Templates (EP_APPRAISAL_ID) be filtered by department or job code?

We have the situation where different departments require their own ePerformance template. When employees create a new appraisal, can we configure ePerformance to only display templates or Document Types that are specific to that employee? (Preferably by dept.)

Displays Period Begin Date, Period End Date, Document type. When selected, a Template Drop Down appears. We want to limit options in this drop down based on the employee's department(s).
