BigMachines Package Upgrade

Hi,

We are looking for the assistance on the below question.

Salesforce is retiring API versions 21 to 30, and we need to assess the impact of not upgrading the Big Machine package to 8.1 version before May 1st 2025. We want to understand the potential drawbacks if we don’t proceed with the upgrade?

1. Any disruptions to existing integrations

2 . Possible performance or functionality issues

3. Mitigation steps, if applicable
