Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Duplicate COGS Recognition found for sales order

We found that the cogs recognition happened two times same sales order line of item.

One is credited one is debited, Is this a bug or what cases will it happen. Please advise.
