Patch Conflict Error: Unable to Apply Patch 37486199 Due to Overlay Patch Conflict

I'm attempting to apply the Patch (37486199) to our Oracle Database environment (Oracle Database 19c Enterprise Edition Release 19.0.0.0.0 - Production
Version 19.24.0.0.0) to upgrade it to 19.26.0.0.

1. Installed Patch:
   • 36414915: OJVM Release Update 19.24.0.0.240716 (OPATCH_VERSION:12.2.0.1.43)
2. Incoming Patch:
   • 37486199: Windows Database Bundle Patch 19.26.0.0.250121 (OPATCH_VERSION:12.2.0.1.45)

OPatch is reporting a conflict with an existing overlay patch (36414915). The error message indicates that the Superset Patch 37486199 includes a Subset Patch 36521936, which has an overlay patch (36414915) that conflicts with the Superset Patch or is not included in it.

OPatch recommends any one of the following actions:

• Please rebuild the superset patch to make sure it supersedes all the relevant patch(es) (which are the subset patch and all of its overlay patches).
