MS Word Publisher Ribbon (Add-in) is not Visible

Hi Team,

As noticed, Iam not able to see 'BI publisher' Ribbon in MS word document and earlier I used to see and also Iam able to see it in excel but not from MS word. I have tried to uninstall and install using below KM article but still issue persists. Could you please help to resolve this issue and please let me know if any additional details are required.
