Keep Milestone with the Activity that Ends it or Start it

IS there a way in the GANTT chart to Keep Milestones just below its associated activity for finish milestones and just above it for start milestones? The Schedule is sorted by Start to waterfall the activities, but the Milestones don't stay by even if I renumber the activity ID.
