Patch 35210808: Continuous Growth Of The TBL_LARGE_DATA Table in ASAP

Description : As part of patch 35210808 available in ASAP Patch set 7.4.0.2.0, it says "The problem has been fixed. The table TBL_LARGE_DATA is interval partitioned on REF_ID column. DBA’s can delete the older partitions after completion of purge script and reclaim the storage space".

Question : Will ASAP create the new partition on its own? And Do we need to create a automate job to delete the old partitioned every time, we run the purge script or ASAP will automatically delete the old partition?
