Looking for best way to EOL PCAx5 and migrate all data/repositories to replacement PCAx8

I am looking for best way to EOL PCAx5 and migrate all data/repositories to replacement PCAx8.

I've looked but haven't found any documentation regarding the complete migration of an entire PCA that is being retired to a replacement one.

Current environment: PCAx5 with repositories mounted on external ZFS (ZS5-2) via nfs

New environment: PCAx8 with repositories mounted on internal ZS7-2

The PCAx8 is already in production. We are adding additional CNs and shelves.
