PO Approval - Delegate & Forward

Hi ,

I need clarification for two scenarios :

1. Delegate

If Buyer A creates a PO. It routes to Approver A. Approver A delegates the PO to Approver B who has no DOA. What should be the expectation of the standard PO approval workflow.

Will Approver B still able to approve the PO ? because it has been delegated to him. Approver A's DOA ownership has been delegated to Approver B. Is this true?

2. Forward -

If Buyer A creates a PO. It routes to Approver A. Approver A forwards the PO to Approver B who has no DOA. What should be the expectation of the standard PO approval workflow.
