EBS 12.2.6

Issue: Map is not working.

Navigations: Dispatch Center>select territory by going to Navigate and then select territories and task owners. Select one of the failing states Texas, California.

Then go to Tools 1 menu and select view selected tasks and technicians location on Map. A browser will load, the map typically loads, but now we are just seeing a gray screen.

Please help.
