Frequent Critical & Fatal EM Events for OEM Agent – Troubleshooting Advice Needed

For the past two weeks, I’ve been investigating an issue where my Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) Agents generate Critical and Fatal EM Events for Agent and Partner Agent Monitoring on two hosts. This occurs daily and results in a brief unavailability of the Agent in the OEM Console. However, from the server-side, everything appears to be running normally—including the Database targets—and there are no known issues with server hardware or OS components.
