Not able to create the SR & ASL from BPA

We are using Oracle Applications : 12.2.13

Issue : Not able to create the ASL from BPA

Details: We have created the BPA with proper suppliers and sites and while Approving the same, we have enabled 'Automatic Sourcing' with 'Release Using Autocreate' method. Can see that workflow step - 'Launch SR and ASL concurrent program' is failing with the below error. Could you please suggest .
