How to upgrade SBC hardware without downtime

Good day,

Hope someone can assist me please

We are currently in the process to upgrade our client's SBC hardware with new models.

We have an HA pair - what would be the best process to cut-over to the new SBC's without/minimal downtime?

I was thinking of starting with the standby unit first:

  1. Backup the config
  2. Setup entitlements and bootparams on the new SBC,
  3. Import config, and plug in all network cables and reboot
  4. Once back online check that HA is established and is correctly syncing, proceed to fail-over to make it the active node and ensure calls are working
