Issue with assignment of serial numbers when processing in P4617 (Material Receipt) in JD Edwards9.2

Hello everyone

I am working with JD Edwards 9.2 and I have a problem when processing warehouse management in P4617. The workflow I follow is as follows:

  1. I have correctly configured the units of measure in the item master:
    • 1 PL = 10 CA (Pallet = 10 Boxes)
    • 1 CA = 12 EA (Box = 12 Items)
  2. For both the pallet and the box, I have marked the serial number checkbox in P46011 for both units of measure (PL and CA), which should allow the serial numbers to be assigned correctly.
  3. When I try to process the shipment of pallets in P4617, the system automatically generates serial numbers, but the number it assigns as the
