Autoupgrade Patching failing with CheckActiveFilesAndExecutables

Hello Team,

OS: Windows 19

current DB: 19.24

Target DB: 19.25

I am trying to do patching for RU, OJVAM and Bundle update by using the new Autoupgrade Patching technique. This is on the same host and performing an Out of Place Patching.

I have done the Analyze steps and it is failing in the deploy step, the deploy step is also done half way but fails at OPATCH stage
