Unable to cancel or delete an IGT Order rejected by Servicing Agency
Servicing Agency rejected an IGT Order citing incorrect data on the lines. Requesting Agency does not have the ability to delete or cancel rejected IGT order. Expected functionality is to be able to cancel or delete the rejected order as it is no longer needed and is in rejected status with incorrect data. Can there be a more final status as cancelled on both requesting and servicing sides after rejection? Please let us know if Oracle has any future feature planned on this.
