Cost Accounting Creation not capturing costs for depleted Inventory serialized items

After upgrading to PUM50 from PUM46, Cost Accounting Creation process is not creating cost accounting rows for depleted inventory serialized items. Process is not capturing actual receipt cost from ps_cm_actual_costb TO ps_cm_deplete_cost. Does any one had similar issue?
