Footer not generated in report from EssJob

Hi, i'm trying to generate a bursting report which is run through Essjob, this is constituted by different datasets, one of which i take the info for a dynamic footer. When i run the report through report and analytics, i can perfectly see the footer, when i schedule the report from scheduled processes through Essjob dedicated, i can see the report, but not the footer.

The template is rtf format , report is generated in PDF to be attached in email, the report is a bursting one. It works fine at exception of this issue.
