How to correct: omspatcher version - Invalid maximum heap size: -Xmx4096m

I'm running OEM 13C release 5 - EMCLI Version 13.5.0.0.0 with an oracle database enterprise edition 19CR26 on RH7 enterprise edition.

I am in the process of applying the January CPU patches to the EM. To apply Holistic Patch I have to apply first the Patch 37057635 to the Base Platform OMS home. I have to update the omspatcher - I'm running:

[oracle@delphi OMSPatcher-031325]$ ./omspatcher version  OMSPatcher Version: 13.9.5.23.0

I followed the instructions to update it but the new version gives me an error:

[oracle@delphi OMSPatcher]$ ./omspatcher version  Invalid maximum heap size: -Xmx4096m  The specified size exceeds the maximum representable size.  Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.  Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit.    OMSPatcher failed with error code 1
