Residual value setup in Lessee accounting

JDE E1 9.2 Tools release 9.2.8.2

In Oracle document, JDE Learn, there is not setup information or Functionality details on Guaranteed Residual value(GRV). I see 4 columns in Lease entry detail screen 1. Probable GRV 2. Full GRV 3. GR% 4. Purchase option Amt. The columns names are clear, however no document outlines the functionality of these 4 columns on how this would or can affect Lease liability or ROUA on the amortization schedule. In my opinion the 4.Purchase option Amt would be for information to know the amount due at buyout. Is this correct? Please help me understand how does these 4 columns amounts takes into effect when you run create amortization schedule & how does this affect Lease liability or ROUA on the amortization schedule.
