Grid Infrastructure 19c: Dependency of custom cluster_resource on database service

We have a 4 node RAC cluster with multitenant.

We also have custom application resources controlled by grid infrastructure.

Now, I would like to add a dependency so that the application cluster_resource is running on the same server as a database service, e.g. ora.cdb1.myservice.svc.

Is it possible to have dependencies of customer application resources (TYPE=cluster_resource) to oracle resources (ora. prefix)?
