Project plan and budgets constraints

Dear Experts,

I hope you are doing well.

I have a few questions regarding project planning in Oracle:

  1. Is it possible to define or create a plan in Oracle Projects and then break it down into multiple projects under the same plan?
  2. If yes, can the plan be associated with a specific budget amount? For example, can I define a plan and allocate a budget of $100,000 to it?
  3. If the above is possible, and I have already created projects under this plan, can I generate purchase requisitions for these projects while ensuring that the total amount does not exceed the allocated $100,000?
