Getting DDLIMP-ERR-1048: Syntax error in column "ROW_ID" (WVARCHAR(15)). in ddlimp

While running ddlimp command (

./ddlimp /R Y /u siebel /p ***** /l /siebelfs/migration/schema_export/log/ddlexport_3A16C95ACDB8.log /f /siebelfs/migration/schema_export/schema/ddlexport_3A16C95ACDB8.ctl /g SSE_ROLE /c SICRM_SIT3_DSN /e y

Getting below error :

Reading tables and indexes from DDL file...
DDLIMP-ERR-1048: Syntax error in column "ROW_ID" (WVARCHAR(15)).
DDLIMP-ERR-1027: Unable to read index "S_AUC_FEE_P1" (column args).
DDLIMP-ERR-1021: Unable to read ddl file "/siebelfs/migration/schema_export/schema/ddlexport_3A16C95ACDB8.ctl" (UTLDbFileIndRead).
Error in MainFunction (UTLDbFileRead pDDLFileDb).
Error in Main function...
