Error in Updating Sales Order Line Status - WF_ITEM_ACTIVITY_STATUSES

Hi all,

We are trying ITM Adapter Integration with GTM, after getting response back from GTM while processing the response for Order Export Compliance → Line Status not updating from Awaiting Export Screening to Awaiting Shipping. we traced it and getting the error as mentioned below from WF_ITEM_ACTIVITY_STATUSES table. Please help us to go forward.

Error Name → -4061,

Error Message → ORA-04061: existing state of  has been invalidated

Error Stack →

OE_EXPORT_COMPLIANCE_WF.Update_Screening_Results(OEOL, 337948510, 370096, RUN)
