after the omspatcher apply failed, i deleted the clone_OMS folder.

now i am stuck in no man's land, can't resume and can't update

we are currently running on EMCC 13.5 RU 21 and it is working, but we wanted to apply the latest RU 24 so that we can upgrade to EMCC 24ai.
