ASM diskgroup problem with adding new disk

I have problem with diskgroup on ASM oracle 11g. A problem occurred while adding a new disk to the DATAGROUP diskgroup. The new disk was added so that by mistake the owner root remained and not the oracle user and added to the group. At the same time, I don't know if the reserve and clear of that disk was done before adding it to the disk group.

The error shown in the logs is

SUCCESS: alter diskgroup DATAGROUP add disk '/dev/rhdisk20'

And after that

SQL> alter diskgroup DATAGROUP dismount force /* ASM SERVER:1145489874 */

WARNING: Read Failed. ORA-15130: diskgroup "DATAGROUP" is being dismounted
