NI deductions not being calculated after Legislative Update

We have installed the 2025 legislative patch as per Document 3026752.1 along with patch 37579016 UK NI<Category>Able Balance not created when aggregated earnings are above the secondary threshold (ST).

On running a Quick pay or Payroll run the NI is not being calculated.

Has anyone else encountered this and if so how were you able to solve the Issue.
