Bad Performance, How to tune query for Journal Entries with drillDown ?

I have journal Entry report, xml output.
The report is working well, however the End user wants a change request to get all drill down lines with the previous reslut.

I got the query of drilldown from "View Journal Entry Lines" web page, and use it to build the new report for journal entry details report

In reports builder, I added new query and link it to original query by JE_header_id, and JE_line_num.
Unexpectedly, the report yeild the following error:
REP-0069: Internal Error
REP-57054: In-process job terminated: Terminated with error:
REP:1401: "Fatal PL/SQL error occurred.
