Does anyone have issues with AP invoices containing both tax and retainage? We are getting an error

in Financial - JDE1 (MOSC) 2 commentsAnswered

We use a 3rd party OCR which populates amounts from the invoice and uploads to JDE. It seems JDE looks at these amounts as overrides. Found an Oracle document which seems to address the issue, 2685305.1. Thinking others have or have seen these issue and would like to know how it was addressed.
