Orachk includes FAIL => Recommended bug fixes are not applied for RDBMS home
I have an Oracle Database Appliance model x7 BM that's been upgraded from 19.20 to 19.24 using DPR. Server and GI are at 19.24 and rdbms is still at 19.20. Orachk shows:
FAIL => Recommended bug fixes are not applied for RDBMS home

I am about to upgrade the rdbms from 19.20 to 19.24. The bugs fixes don't seem to be included in the DB clones for 19.20 or 19.24 (opatch lsinventory - not showing these). But the prior patching was successful. What is the recommendation for addressing these? My appliance is old and will need the ODA-persistiveness script run to retain oracle support. Is it recommended to fix all of these bugs as one-patches? The list is pretty extensive for cluster and for rdbms.
