Mass creation/update of Oracle Install Base instances using data migration.

Hi Team,
We are on Oracle Applications : 12.2.10 and want to mass upload Oracle Install Base instances' data.
Also, we need to provide data migration template (in excel) to our users to provide existing IB instances' data. Can anyone from the team provide data migration template (in excel) with sample data in it? We can provide that (with few corrections) to our users to provide existing data.
