The Internal Return order number can't see in Receipts-Customer-RMA Num

ERP: R12.2.13 (EBS)

Hi All,

We run the IR-ISO Returns case in our test instance,

However, we face the issue when need to receipt the internal Return,

for Case

(1) IPR-ISO → ship and receipt done.

(2) Do IPR return and import order done.

(3) As our order flow with return no need to do the ship/deliver, after booked directly show "Awaiting Return".

(4) We use the receipts\Customer sheet, at RMA Num try to find the Internal Return order number but not exists.

As anyone know, the Internal Return need create the RASN that can work??

Or as any part action we missing?
