my datbase and archivelog backup terminated unexpectedly

hi

My backup starts well, but the failure occurs when the new file is added to the loading channel.

server backup is dataprotactor A10.91

Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.1.0.7.0 - 64bit Production

Error LOG Backup:

RMAN-03009: failure of backup command on dev_4 channel at 03/19/2025 09:02:44
RMAN-10038: database session for channel dev_4 terminated unexpectedly
RMAN-12018: channel dev_4 disabled, job failed on it will be run on another channel
RMAN-03009: failure of backup command on dev_7 channel at 03/19/2025 09:02:44
RMAN-10038: database session for channel dev_7 terminated unexpectedly
RMAN-12018: channel dev_7 disabled, job failed on it will be run on another channel
