Rollback the SQL-Patch of a RU only from one(!) PDB

Hi,
just for testing purpose I want to revert the SQL-Part of RU26 to RU24 only for one PDB (PDB1).
I know after rolling back the SQL Part, the PDB1 would be in restricted mode only. But I need that for a test only.
The entire CDB has RU26 applied.

I tried this with
OPatch/datapatch -pdb PDB1 -rollback 37260974 -force
I have assumed this will revert the SQL of PDB1 to RU24 - the last applied RU before installing RU26.
But it seems the datapatch rollback reverts the SQL of the PDB1 to base release 19.1
