Out of place patching under Windows environment

Oracle 19c 19.25.0

Windows 2019 and up

I am planning to move to out_of_place patching process as current patching is getting slower even when we perform houskeeping through OPatch commands.

Are there any folks who have done some scripting on the out_of_place under Windows and can share their development?
