Oracle concurrent constantly down and reports are vey slow

Good Day,

We have been experiecing reports been very slow in our oracle ebs HCM application and concurrent constantly going down. We have increased SGA_max_size to 8GB and also enabled AMM by setting MEMORY_TARGET to 12GB, which improved system performance and report. But this week we are back to that report slowness again..

What could i be missing?
