So i am trying to hide the Web portion for certain users on the create requisition page. There is a bug with catalog security, so this is my other route to hide direct connect vendors from certain users by not enabling on a PL for some and enabling for others. However, removing the security shown below the screenshot does not affect its visibility to non-qualifying users. Any ideas on how to hide this from certain users?

Menu: PV_MAIN_MENU

Component: PV_PROCURE_REQ

Panel Item: PV Req Merchants
