ODA 19.26 and firmware update

I've read another post related to this topic, and I've also read MOS support doc 3062257.1, but I still have some questions. According to the MOS doc one node can be patched at a time. But does anybody have a rough idea about how long it takes to patch one of the HA servers? I need to determine how long the maintenance window will be and communicate that to users, and right now I have no idea if it will take 20 minutes per server or 2 hours per server.

Also, the MOS doc days that this patch fixes an issue with X6 HA through X9 HA models. We have an X8 model for our non-production environment, and an X10 for production. We will obviously patch the X8/non-prod env first. And I understand that we will need to patch the firmware on the X8 before we can apply the normal grid, db, etc patches (and I think before running
