Help with ON-INSERT trigger on Transactions Form in Receivables

I have checked all setup steps to see what may be causing this issue and I have had no luck. I've also verified patch levels and we seem to be up-to-date on release 12.2.4. Each time I try to save a newly created transaction I receive the error "ORA-01403 No Data Found FRM 40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062". I've checked the status of the RA_CUST_TRX_LINE_GL_DIST_BRI trigger as suggested on a note. I have had no success. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. We are enabling Receivables for the FIRST time.
